President's Volunteer Service Award

The President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA)
The Taiwan Arts and Culture Society of America (TACSA) is a certifying organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA), an official national honor that recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding volunteer service and civic participation.
The PVSA program is currently on pause since May 27, 2025.
While the program is paused, TACSA volunteers can continue logging their volunteer hours. TACSA will continue to track, verify, and recognize volunteers' service during this period. Once the PVSA program resumes, TACSA will place award orders for the PVSA awards that eligible volunteers have earned.
Recognition Through TACSA
While the PVSA is on hold, TACSA volunteers' qualifying service hours will be recognized through the TACSA Volunteer Service Award (TVSA), ensuring that volunteer efforts continue to be tracked and acknowledged.
